What it returns
The articles kept, each with its published headline, newsroom, date, link, and THE REASON it was attached to the scope, written out and checkable. No rewritten summary, no translation, no impact judgement: those four need a language model, and the page says it does not provide them.
How it is computed
An article is kept only if its link to the sector or country can be written in one sentence. The rest is dropped: a watch that brings back everything goes unread.
