Where does the data come from?+
From each country's official registry (INPI and INSEE for France, Companies House in the UK, Registro Imprese in Italy, etc.), collected and harmonised by Argos. Every company keeps a link to its registry record.
How are sectors defined?+
A single Argos taxonomy of 84 sectors grouped into 16 sector groups, applied identically across the 25 countries. You filter on the sector, without handling NACE codes.
What is in the Excel export?+
A multi-sheet workbook: scope summary, company list (identity, sector, location, revenue, headcount, capital, links), contacts, breakdowns by country and sector, methodology and sources.
Can I use the data without the interface?+
Yes. The REST API returns the same results in JSON, with a personal key and an OpenAPI specification. It is included in every plan, never billed separately: 50 calls per day with a free account, 5,000 with the Integration plan.
How much does it cost?+
